6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

GlobalNet Solution aims to provide 99.9% uptime for web hosting and cloud services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Downtime due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues is not covered by the SLA. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

GlobalNet Solution is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including, but not limited to, data loss, system failures, or unauthorized access. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the affected services.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to services at our discretion, especially in cases of:

• Non-payment of service fees.
• Misuse of services for illegal or harmful activities.

Termination may result in the loss of data stored on our servers, and GlobalNet Solution is not responsible for such loss.
